I make 100% of my Citi credit cards payment via the sam Chase checking account via Chase Bill Pay, initially Citi was a two day turn-around process, but over the past few months, if I make a payment from my Chase account before 8PM Monday-Thursday, the payment now takes approx' three days to posts and even longer if I make the payment on Friday ...

Seems to be a Citi situation though since there are a few datapoints that a poster on Doctor of Credit discovered a new inquiry rule.

I haven't been able to access my credit card account for over a week because every time I try it says they are experiencing temporary delays. Anybody else getting this message when you try to log into your credit card account with Citi?

Citi "invited" me to request a Credit Limit Increase... so I did. Got the email yesterday from Citi, (having just hit the 6-month mark on my Custom Cash). Was a bit nonplussed, at first, wondering why they would "invite" me to ask for a CLI and not just go ahead and drop an auto-increase on me.

Citi Bank keeps lowering credit limit I have the Citi Bank Double Cash and Citi Bank Costco cards. Both have now lowered my credit limit twice in the past 5 months (at the same time for both) with the reason being "high utilization". But if they'd stop lowering my CL, I wouldn't have high utilization..!

citi is still VERY inq sensitive. i applied with 2/6 months eq 3/6 months tu &exp and was denied for two inquiry related reasons LOL "too many inqs WERE recorded on your CR" and "too many inqs ARE recorded on your CR"
